THE PROCESS

What to expect:

Upon receiving your inquiry for a commissioned piece, we'll arrange a consultation to delve into the fundamental aspects of your project, such as the theme, dimensions, color preferences, and more.
Following this consultation, a comprehensive evaluation to determine project cost and establish a delivery timeline will be made. Subsequently, I will provide you with a formal quote for your review and approval.
To initiate the creative process, payment must be submitted.
To aid in capturing your vision accurately, please share an inspiration board or images that resonate with your project's essence.
While creative liberty is valued, I remain committed to respecting the initial parameters provided by the client. The artistic style will be influenced by your preferences, while the execution will be guided by the artist's inspiration.
I will keep you engaged in the artistic journey by sharing the work at its midpoint, welcoming discussions about any changes or new directions that may emerge during the creative process.
Your commissioned piece will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, a testament to its unique origin.

Please be advised that all commissioned works are subject to licensing terms and may not, under any circumstances, be reproduced without authorization.

POLICIES

Payment terms and conditions:

Kindly be aware that to initiate your project, I kindly request an upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost, with this initial amount being non-refundable. This non-refundable portion encompasses the expenses associated with project initiation, planning, materials, and resource allocation. The remaining 50% of the payment will be due before the art piece is dispatched to you.

If your project includes personal pictures or images, the full payment of 100% will be required in advance. Your understanding and cooperation in these payment terms are greatly appreciated.
